Description:	Besides recollections of Sam while on tour with Elvis from July 1976 to June 1977 (10 tours with over 130 performances), this book(let) has details of the travels, fuel cost expensives, hotels lists, contact persons etcetera. With black&white and color photographs. Sam was a former Memphis deputy sheriff and brother of Linda Thomspon. He met Elvis during skating at the Rainbow Rollerdome in the 50s. During Elvis' last years he was a bodyguard during tours. An earlier edition was released in 1992 and had only black&white photographs.
